Laser Beam Scanning (LBS) Displays

The LBS (Laser Beam Scanning) Display system generates a picture for MR and AR applications by modulating RGB laser beams at each pixel while scanning them onto MEMS mirrors.

LBS display engines must have components like red, green, and blue laser diodes, MEMS-based rapid scanning micromirrors, and micro-optic parts like collimator lenses, beam combiners, and beam homogenizers.
